Exchange Policy:


If the delivered product received, was not as described on website or in damaged condition, then it must be informed by sending an email at customercare@theway.pk or call at +92-42-32500734


Applicable if:

  • Complaint received within 24 to 48 hours from the time of order receiving.
  • A proof is provided in the form of unpacking videos / images of the reported product.
  • Once the complaint is registered and communicated with the courier services, the product will be picked up within 7-10 working days.
  • Once product is received and claim is approved, will issue an online credit equal to worth of the product returned. Customer can use this online credit for the next online purchase.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition and original packing (properly packed at the time of return)

 

How Return Works:

Once you’ve submitted a return request to customercare@theway.pk or call us at +92-42-32500734. After reviewing your request, if the article is delivered wrong from our side then we’ll get it picked from your doorstep within 7 to 10 working days and you will not be charged for shipping. Once the article is received at our Warehouse and after checking the quality, we’ll issue an online credit that can be used for online shopping on The Way.


Refund Policy:
• No return / refund will be applicable, if you receive the same product as seen on website in perfect condition, (change of mind is not applicable).

Shipping Policy

 

  • All the orders will be dispatched within 48-72 hr and delivery time will be between 5-8 working days depending on the location.
  • Please note that shipping rate is according to product weight and dimensions.
  • Once an order is dispatched, no cancellation or changes can be done at this stage.
