2- Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?
No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.
3- What is your Estimated delivery time?
Your order will be dispatched within 48-72hrs and will be handed over to the courier for delivery. However sometimes the order is delayed due to public holidays, unforeseen circumstances (weather, lockdowns), or during sales due to overwhelming response, order delivery can take 10-15 working days.
4- How can I cancel my order?
For order cancellation, please contact our customer services department within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note that "The Way by beechtree" is only available online at the moment. We don't have any physical stores.
7-What is Order Split
Please note that your order can be split and you will receive multiple tracking numbers. The COD and shipping amount will be split accordingly. No extra charges will be charged from the customer.
8-Will I pay extra charges if my order is split into multiple trackings?
No, the customer won't be charged for any split trackings.
